Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive return policy to make the process as easy and convenient as possible. Purchases made from third-party sellers or authorized retailers may be subject to different return policies. 1.2. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. 1.3. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, downloadable software, and items explicitly marked as final sale.

  2. Return Period: 2.1. We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. 2.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  3. Return Process: 3.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or visit our website to submit a return request. 3.2. Provide the following information when requesting a return: - Order number - Reason for return - Description and quantity of the item(s) being returned 3.3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number if applicable. 3.4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation originally included. Affix the RMA number, if provided, on the package. 3.5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a proof of shipment.

  4. Refund Process: 4.1. Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 2. 4.2. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method within [number of days] days. 4.3. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions, such as original shipping fees, restocking fees, or applicable taxes. 4.4. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. 6.2. For damaged items, please retain the original packaging and take photographs as evidence to facilitate the claims process.

  7. Non-Returnable Situations: 7.1.
